Justin Trudeau in Cambodia: "Genocide" and Human Rights

Justin Trudeau addressed "Genocide" at the ASEAN Summit ahead of meeting tomorrow with Chinese leader Xi. President Biden will also meet with Xi in a sidebar meeting tomorrow...but it isn't clear if Biden and Trudeau will be prepared to truly address human rights issues in China...in particular the issues surrounding the Uyghur population.
