New damage to Nova Kakhovka dam near Kherson after Russian retreat

US satellite imagery company Maxar has said that there has been significant new damage to Nova Kakhovka dam in southern Ukraine following Russia's withdrawal from Kherson located nearby. It added that sections of the northern extent of the dam and sluice gates had been "deliberately destroyed". Russia and Ukraine accused each other of planning to damage the dam using explosives.
