Hi guys. I made this video as a tribute to one of my best friends who passed away recently. He always motivated me to go to the gym, to be the best version of myself, and always told me that he is proud of me. I have been in a slump recently because of a lot of personal stuff. It's not about how hard you hit. It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward.

To all my brothers who watched this, I am proud of you, regardless of which stage of life you are in. I will not let any of my brothers down, we will make it to the top. Together.
