BALLOTS & VOTES ARE 2 DIFFERENT SYSTEMS AND REQUIRE 2 DIFFERENT STRATEGIES. UNFORTUNATELY GOP HAS NO STRATEGY FOR MAIL IN BALLOTS. Bitchin & Complaining about Fraud does nothing, you cant change the laws from the outside. GOP must adjust, get mail in ballots, WIN and then possibly change the laws. Mail in Ballots will always have an advantage because of TIME & Convenience. The GAME has changed. ADJUST!
