Breathing exercises - Basic meditation for beginner

Most OCD suferrers think using meditation might be challenging, the OCD has a way of turning the very concept of meditation into its opposite. But this doesn't mean you can't meditate because if you are obsessive compulsive disorder it means you have to allow for the OCD.

When you choose to meditate what's more your mind may be better suited for meditation than you assume the OCD. Mind is rich and full of texture and you may already have more practice than the average person. In this OCD series of video we'll practice the basic meditation for beginner, breathing exercises.
