Ukrainian man was held captive by Russians for 54 days

Ukrainian man recalled moments of horror, when he was held in captivity by Russian forces for 54 days in the Kherson region of Ukraine.

The Ukrainian army regained control of the Mirolubovko village in the Kherson region this week.

One of the residents of the village, 66 years old Aleksander, recalled the he spent in Russian captivity in a dark room for 54 days.

The village remained under the control of the Russian army for seven months until October 3, according to Aleksander.
