Seoul on way to prepare for N. Korean art troupe's concert in fall

The culture ministry will be preparing for a concert in Seoul by a North Korean art troupe.
When the two sides held a concert in Pyongyang this April, called 'Spring Is Coming,' the regime's leader suggested holding another one in Seoul... and the the two sides have agreed to call it 'Autumn Has Come.'
The ministry asked the North about the schedules of their performance. Once seoul gets confirmation, Seoul will get down to the actual prep work.
The event has been agreed by the leaders of the two Koreas, so it's highly likely it will be held as promised.
