S. Korea calls for registration of pets in July, August

7•8월은 동물등록 자진신고 기간…"반려견은 의무"

Korea's agriculture ministry is encouraging pet owners to register their animals... over the next two months.
Those who don't, may be fined starting September.
Pet owners in Korea are required to register their pets over three months of age.
