The Ayuntamiento de QUER in Castilla la Mancha - Spain finally have a ATM. Despite being near to the Spanish capital and having an important industrial area, it didn’t have a bank branch or an ATM since more 8 years ago.

We managed to secure an ATM in this area and the residents are happy in the fact that they no longer have to drive to neighbouring towns in order to withdraw cash.
