Malevolent Rising 1-3 Fun in Floppies

28 Feb 2021 -- Branden Sanderson's Malevolent Rising is a fun read without being overly wild nor trying too hard. It's easy to just pick it up and go with it, like a Saturday afternoon movie. Each issue has the right flow, resolving the previous issue, regrouping, and starting a new step in the larger story before a revelation or cliffhanger. The series is, "a dark, superhero story set is the near future on a cyberpunk style Earth."

The collected edition of 1&2 shown toward the end is a "remastered" version.
