Ship carrying 230 people docks at French port after Italy dispute

The owners of a migrant rescue ship say European countries have failed to deal with a humanitarian emergency after Italy refused to allow the Ocean Viking carrying asylum seekers to enter one of its ports.
Its far-right government is now at odds with France, which allowed the boat to dock on its shores.
