US to urge China to restrain North Korea's worst tendencies

President Joe Biden is expected to hold talks with his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping next week on the sidelines of the G20 Summit in Bali. Ahead of that high stakes meeting, the US national security adviser has said President Biden is likely to urge the Chinese President to reign in North Korea's worst tendency significantly.
