JUDGES IN NEW MEXICO ROUTINELY VIOLATE THEIR OATHS

Kathleen Dudley's case in Northern New Mexico may seem small, but it pertains to all of us who seek the protection of our Constitution in our Court system. The recent case of the removal of Couy Griffin as Otero County Commissioner by Judge Frances Matthew under false pretenses is a case in point.
Earlier this year the New Mexico Supreme Court refused the Constitutionally mandated citizens right to petition for Grand Jury and most recently dismissed Larry Marker's case against the SOS for running elections on uncertified machines – a felony violation of the law under the New Mexico Constitution.

I urge you to support Kathleen in her standing in her God given, sovereign right to defend herself, this Monday/ Tuesday, November 14/15 by going to this link and letting this 'wayward' Judge know that people are watching.

The New Mexico Court system, just like most of the rest of the country is broken and no longer serves the people. They must and will be held accountable.

Miranda v. Arizona:  "Where rights secured in the Constitution are involved, there can be no rule-making or legislation which would abrogate them."
In other words, any statue, law, order, opinion, presumption, assumption, et  al that conflict with the Constitution, are nullities.

Miller v. US: "The claim and exercise of a Constitutional Right cannot be converted into a crime."
In other words, while I claim my 4th and 5th Amendments to be safe and secure on my property, without harassment, harm, and unlawful intrusion, the opposing attorney is claiming through his counterclaim, that I am harming the man harassing me and attempting to criminalize me for taking action to protect my self from harm on my own property (ie. calling the police, standing and not cowering).
