The Facts Inside Our Reporter’s Notebook Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich announced on Wednesday that the state had indicted two individuals for their alleged involvement in a Yuma County ballot harvesting scheme.
Gloria Lopez Torres of San Luis, and Nadia Guadalupe Lizarraga-Mayorquin of San Luis, also known as Nadia Buchanan, face charges of conspiracy and ballot abuse, according to a Brnovich press release.
The effort consisted of gathering early ballots from other voters and placing them into a ballot box on Aug. 4, 2020, the day the City of San Luis held municipal elections.
