Biden announces $850m for new US-Southeast Asia partnership to tackle global threats

Biden has announced a new request for $850m fund to promote the newly-launched US-Southeast Asia partnership to tackle global threats and climate change.
The US president has attended the ASEAN summit in Cambodia where he met several Southasian leaders to renew his alliances ahead of a meeting with China's president Xi Jinping.
