Sims 4 Build: RENOVATED (Factory to Restaurant)

We've taken that sad, old fish factory and renovated it! Now, it's Brindleton Bay's premier seafood restaurant. With indoor and outdoor seating areas, a gourmet kitchen, staff lounge, manager's office, and owner's living quarters, this restaurant has it all.
