MCTEC Monitoring Possible Secretary of State Sighting

While covering the election and monitoring what was going on downtown, there was a possible Secretary of State Sighting. Note I can not 100% confirm if it was her or not and this is not an accusation that anything happened. Nevertheless it was suspicious. This occurred between 21:00 and 22:10 last night.
