Canning Apple Pie Filling- Tis the Season

I love canning Apple Pie Filling. This is one of the first things I canned, and one of the things I can the most. We love it. Anytime I have a potluck, or an unexpected guest, having pie filling on the shelf makes hosting much easier.
This recipe can be found in the Amish Canning Cookbook. I am not affiliated with them, and I do modify my pie filling to my families likes. I hope you give this a try.
