Curry Chicken // Shot on an iPhone 11 // I Don't Know What I'm Cooking

Attempted using my iPhone to shoot this time around and well... I definitely need to use proper lighting because the iPhone isn't that great indoors.

Anyway! This is Curry Chicken. I kind of cooked this is a semi-reverse fashion? I think?

You're suppose to FIRST, fry the curry powder with the chicken (and whatever you wanted to fry) to lock in that curry taste into the meat (which is also what you have to do if you're cooking rendang). Followed by adding in the coconut milk, tomato and etc. If you're adding potato and want that good old soft meat/potato then just to a super slow cook (light heat) over night.

In THIS version.... I Fried the garlic with butter first. The tomato came in second till the whole thing is watery and tossed in the curry powder. The coconut milk came in last. (I added cinnamon powder as well) Chicken came in somewhere in the middle. I left it to simmer by playing with my cat for a bit but got into an argument over the Romulans and how she was being a piece of biased Romulan feline. Androids have a place in this universe too you know.

Ingredients:
Curry powder. Duh.
Coconut milk cream.
Tomato
Garlic
Butter
