LIME APPLE CHICKEN MARINADE
LIME APPLE CHICKEN MARINADE
Wash Chicken in very cold salted water before marinating.
INGREDIENTS FOR 6 CHICKEN BREAST
1 - 1 ½ approx. table spoon of Oil
1 - 1 ½ approx. teaspoon of Fresh Lime Juice
2 small Onions
4 Green Onions
½ of a Red Sweet Pepper
1 teaspoon of Salt
6 Garlic Cloves
A small bunch of Thyme (small leaves)
1 Grenadian /Cuban Thyme leaf
¼ of a Granny Smith Apple (or any green apple)
In a food processor grind all the ingredients (if you food processor is bigger than the one in the video) and add to the raw chicken breast.
You can poke, or slice the chicken breast to get the marinate throughout the meat.
