Coconut Cream Pie

Ingredients:
9 Inch Pie shell (The one I used in video was Smaller - USE 9 INCH)
2 packs Vanilla Instant pudding Mix
Milk
Coconut Extract
Coconut

Directions:
9 inch dish pie shell bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 mins / then cool
(Prick before baking) , cool before filling
2 small sugar free Vanilla instant pudding mix
3 1/2 Cups of milk - Box of pudding calls for 4 cups Use 3.5 for this recipe
2 Tsp of coconut extract
1 cup of coconut (Add after pudding is mixed)
Pour mixture into shell after cooling shell, cover with wax paper or plastic wrap for 1 hour in refrigerator
Uncover and top with Cool whip & sprinkle with toasted Coconut on top
Toast coconut for one min in Air Fryer or oven, stirring until brown
Refrigerate for 2 hours before cutting
Keep in refrigerator
