New Puppy! How To Teach Fetch

Welcome to Standing Stone Kennels! In this video we talk about teaching your new puppy how to fetch. Follow along to learn about how we initiate the process of fetch by using fun and engaging objects in a confined area. We actually use tug of war to help encourage our puppy to play this game with us! The key to starting this drill is to keep it fun and exciting, and knowing when to quit while it is still fun and exciting. Keeping the puppy engaged for a short amount of time is much better than overdoing it and making your puppy bored!Show more
