USSR successor: How many parts will russia fall into?

russia claims itself to be the ussr successor. Obviously it's not just about the size, but also about the destiny of the so-called union.
There is not enough army now to hold under control the previously oppressed nations.
So the only question now is ... how many parts will russia fall into?
And how fast?
