SERCO runs everything from immigration detention centers in Australia to air traffic control in the USA to the ballistic missile defense system in the UK and reportedly even the entire U.S. Military. This UK-based corporation has the technological capability to take over any vehicle or craft in the world. They can take over its steering and its propulsion. According to USMC whistleblower and Global Operations Director of Abel Danger, Field McConnell, they took over both the USS Fitzgerald and the USS McCain and caused them to crash into merchant vessels, killing navy sailors in the process.
SERCO is also reported to have conspired with the Senior Executive Service (SES) to implement a soft kill program to depopulate the world through eugenics, networks, software and poison programs. This seems to be one of the most serious aspects or facets of the Deep State. The SES has been referred to as "Obama's Army" with about 7,000 members of the DC Swamp. The SES was begun under Jimmy Carter and it was his NSA Director and TC co-founder, Zbigniew Brzezinski's pet project. It was also HRC's organization.
