CP's special project to allow 6 axles locomotives into Havelock Yard takes place fall 2022. Rail Gang, Surface Crew and Contractors make the upgrades with undercuts, ties, 115 lb rail and new joint bars to allow heavier equipment to haul the Runner to Toronto if and when it is needed.
