"These vaccines are unlikely to completely sterilize a population. They are very likely to have an effect which works in a percentage, say 60 or 70%."

~ Sir John Bell, professor of medicine at Oxford University, part of the team developing AstraZeneca, as well as GAVI, and a member of SAGE (Scientific Advisory Group for Emergencies) who sits on the government’s vaccine task force that has negotiated the purchase of a handful of proposed vaccines to "combat coronavirus".

In this odd exchange, the reporter tries to interrupt Sir Bell after he made these disturbing remarks, but the professor completes his thoughts and they move on.

Wikipedia Bio: Sir John Irving Bell GBE FRS FMedSci FREng (born 1 July 1952) is a Canadian immunologist and geneticist. From 2006 to 2011, he was President of the Academy of Medical Sciences, and since 2002 he has held the Regius Chair of Medicine at the University of Oxford, UK. He was since 2006 Chairman of the Office for Strategic Coordination of Health Research (OSCHR) but as of 2020 is just a normal member. Bell was selected to the Vaccine Taskforce sometime before 1 July 2020.
