'Aggressive' billboard campaign brings awareness to animal welfare in Bakersfield

Bakersfield Strays, a coalition of animal rescues including the Southern California Pomeranian Rescue, Shelter Transport Animal Rescue Team, and Rescuing Abandoned Dogs, organized the billboards. They hope to bring awareness to the problem of people dumping their unwanted pets in Bakersfield and Kern County.
