On this episode of The American You Show we discuss whether or not convicted felons should be eligible to have all, or partial gun rights restored under the constitution. Circumstances of felony convictions vary from one person to the next. A former prison sentence for a non violent felony is up for debate. The Second Amendment of the United States Constitution does not bar felons from owning or possessing firearms. And a case was just ruled on by the supreme court protecting that rights of indicted individuals.
