"JUST COMPLY" COPS INTIMIDATION FAIL. PIG PILE DISPERSAL. HAUNTED HAPPENINGS

This was on Saturday, October 29th, 2022, at approximately 10 PM, in the downtown area of Salem, Massachusetts. This is during The Haunted happenings that goes on every Halloween in Salem, the whole month of October. The local police call an agency that is made up of surrounding police agencies when there are SWAT situations or big events. As I patrolled the area, I noticed many big piles going on and not much patrolling. I decided to stand by and observe these big piles. Soon after, they would disperse and try to lose me. One tried and absolutely took the bait and tried to intimidate me by walking within inches of me for no reason. His name is Doug Brioso of the Somerville police department in Massachusetts.
