Psalm 139:23-24 King James Version
23 Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts:
24 And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.

GOOD EVENING IN YESHUA EVERYONE!!! Let me start by saying thank you to all the men and women in uniform out there who are protecting our freedoms. We truly appreciate what you do for us, and we pray for you. Today's scripture was especially challenging, because I'll admit I continue to deal with areas in my life, where I have to ask Jesus to help me clean up “the source” the struggle/sin in my life and let me just say it's not a picnic. I very firmly agree with what Tim Gustafson this morning's devotional writer stated, in that “We live in a broken world—and we’re prone to misidentify the source of this problem, treating symptoms instead. Wise social programs and policies do some good, but they’re powerless to stop the root cause of society’s ills—our sinful hearts!” I think that's why the questions from this morning's devotions, we're extremely challenging to my heart, and I'd like to share them with you tonight. Please read these questions very carefully, and I pray that God will challenge you through them too.

In what ways might you be treating symptoms instead of letting Jesus coming up the source?

What I'd like to do right now is share some thoughts pertaining to that sermon, through this vlog I'd like to share with all of you tonight. Come join me in this vlog, and learn how to examine, probe, and clean out the source of the sin in our lives! 😊

As I close this post for tonight, I want to leave you with this final question from this morning's devotional, and I pray that it will encourage you to not be afraid to examine the source of things in your life, and to root them out.

How can you share the good news of what Jesus did for you?

Finally, I pray that you will allow God to purge, cleanse, search, and know your heart today. That you will be willing to do as Psalm 139:23-24 states, allow God to take the broken pieces of YOUR life and make them WHOLE again in Him!! Choose to make the prayer below YOUR prayer daily, and let God be in control today!
A Prayer For Brokenness: Heavenly father, please break me. Make my brokenness fit beautifully in its appropriate time. Until then, use my brokenness to accomplish your will for me and in me.

UNTIL SATURDAY:

HAVE A SERENE AND SWEET EVENING IN CHRIST JESUS!!!
