"STOP THE VOTING!!" — Police were called Tuesday to the West Bend Community Memorial Library in West Bend, Wisconsin, after receiving reports of a man waving a knife and reportedly shouting "stop the voting!" at the polling place. 38-year-old Michael Miecielica was arrested at gunpoint as children and others were cleared out of the room. Police conducted a sweep of the building, and voting resumed after an approximate half-hour pause.
