Jubilation as Ukrainian troops move into Kherson

Ukrainian troops have been met with cheering crowds as soldiers cautiously moved into Kherson.

Some 30,000 Russian troops have retreated from the southern city in recent days, setting up defensive positions on the opposite side of the Dnipro river.
