385 for sets of 2! Getting stronger!
That 5am jam.
@kamilobliner and I both were weak yesterday. I worked up to 315 and it felt so heavy that I was gonna just keep my sets there. But after the 3rd set, my body woke up and I started climbing and got to 385, 10lbs more than last session!
The issue is we didn’t warm up enough. We went straight to the rack and loaded it up without the normal reverse hypers and dynamic warmup we normally do. We can get away with that at 5pm, but not 5am. Our brains and bodies just weren’t communicating!
Regardless, we crushed it. What are y’all training today?
