Malaysian-food, flavors are a unique combination of sweet, sour, rich and spicy which is uncommon in any country’s cuisine. Whether in cities, villages or in small towns, street food is seen almost everywhere in Malaysia. Malay food exhibits influences from different parts of Malaysia and Indonesia, and is mostly slow-cooked over low heat. With this session in place, our students will be able to work in multi-cuisine as well as specialty restaurants.-FOOD
