Jailed Egyptian activist stops drinking water during COP27

Jailed British-Egyptian activist Alaa Abd el-Fattah has stopped drinking water as he steps up his hunger strike to coincide with the COP27 climate summit. El-Fattah is in jail in Egypt, which is also hosting the UN meeting.
