A $2 Bill, QR Code, Thomas Jefferson, the Declaration & presentation to Tyler City Council 11/9/22

Few people know that the Declaration is on the reverse of a $2 bill. Far, far fewer people know that the 1st sentence of the Declaration is the bedrock foundation of the entirety of US law.
The 1st sentence of US Law presents the laws which no human law should be suffered to contradict.
Our founders understood these Laws to be Creation and The Bible. No human laws can contradict these.
I hope these rings made of $2 Bills with hidden QR decoder messages will help explain the bedrock foundation of US Law and the bedrock foundation of liberty around the world.
