Collective aspirations: Edwin Tong calls on leaders across all sectors to work together

Culture, Community and Youth Minister Edwin Tong has called on leaders across business, society and Government to band together to use their skills to help the vulnerable and shape Singapore's future. This is as economic and social problems become more complex. Mr Tong was speaking at the Centre of Systems Leadership Conference.
