Frigidaire Refrigerator Won't Cool but Freezer is Fine - How to Inspect and Test

We have a Frigidaire Side by Side refrigerator that isn't cooling the way we want it to, especially where the Frigidaire refrigerator won't cool, but freezer is fine, where temperatures are hitting 50+ degrees Fahrenheit. In this video, I want to show you all the various things you can check and investigate to diagnose and fix this problem.

In this video, we inspect the dampener, the adaptive defrost system, the defrost system, the evaporator fan, the condenser fan, and a few other things. Sadly, on this refrigerator, we do not fully locate the source of the problem, but in 90% of cases, what we look at and test should help solve your issue.

The (very common, very expensive) dampener: https://bens-appliances.com/products/242303001-frigidaire-refrigerator-dampener-assembly
