Footage of horrific flooding in Mexico. Rain in Baja California, Tijuana turns into a river.

Terrible flash floods hit Mexico. Flash floods wreak havoc in Baja California.

As a result of heavy rains that were recorded for most of the day, Tijuana went crazy as the rains brought flooding. The streets of the city became rivers with strong flowing water and endangered the lives of residents.

A number of cars that tried to cross the "river", some of them were carried away by the flood and some were drowned.
