Tropical Storm Nicole may pose delays for Artimis I launch

Artimis I is built to go to space, not withstand hurracane force winds.
While the Artemis 1 moon rocket is designed to withstand high winds, there have been gusts that have exceeded NASA's wind speed ratings.
