Living the BrainGAME™ with Paula Marie Rennie

Life before BrainGAME was a bit of an interesting shipwreck for me. I come from a lot of trauma in my younger years and an alcoholic environment. Life was painful, people were painful, and I felt alone a lot. It felt like I had to fit myself into some sort of box, and so I developed a way of wearing masks. Life was all about doing and pleasing for others because I realized from a very young age that telling the truth caused a lot of upset in people. I felt like something was wrong with me, and that I was never enough. I was unlovable.

The conversation about self-love felt very fluffy to me, and I kept asking myself, how do you even love yourself? What is that? My biggest, most powerful shift in BrainGAME was when I finally saw the truth of my heart, that it was messed up. From there I felt a massive sense of relief, and I stopped looking for it outside of myself. It activated my ability to finally feel it within me. It was something I had never felt in my life before. I blew up the illusion that love had to come from outside of me.

BrainGAME is something that I believe could be expressed and live in the hearts and homes of as many people as possible in the world. It helps us to come home to who we are. It's like this infectious way of being that we just spread out completely into the world. I feel like the more and more of us that get in touch with that self-belief, and trust ourselves, the more it becomes possible for everyone else. My wish would be a huge collective global family of BrainGAMErs.
