Cook with Me... Coconut Chicken and Faux Corndog Muffins

We are still cleaning out our freezer. I have pulled out a package of frozen chicken thighs and a 4 pack of hot dogs and will be using them in these two recipes for you. I hope you get a chance to try these.
With the Corndog muffins, they are also good if you cut the hotdog up into small pieces and add them into the mix before baking. I hope you try these two recipes. They are delicious!! Enjoy!!
