Superfoods — what's good and what's not? On today's episode, I'm going to try and help you separate the REAL superfoods from the phonies. I'm also going to share the BIGGEST superfood myth, the one super oil you've probably NEVER heard of, and why some lectin-free foods may still be on the no-no list.

While there are no magical foods that can make you lose weight and feel healthier overnight, getting the proper nutrients over time can make a huge difference in healthy living!
