Collab with my Australian bodybuilder friend. I really enjoyed trying his workout style. The difference in training reminds me of how it felt when I first started going to the gym. The first workout is always the most challenging. Fitness really does bring bodybuilders together. No matter where they are. I reached out to him to collaborate and he was more than happy to.
