The dots in the background are not the stars, those are grid points and you will see those in all the leaked NASA photos... it you see carefully they are all in a symmetrical pattern...

Moon is a spaceship. It was built on Jupiter about 38 million years ago. Between the time it was built and 15000 years ago it's been touring around our solar system. We are told by NASA that we have 9 planets in our solar systems, but there's actually 40. Each of those planets have a civilization. And, each of those planets have moons that have civilizations. There's some much trade going on between all those planets both sociologically and technologically. Moon was towed in it's orbit to monitor us on Earth. Moon was created using a technology which is sending nanobots back in time using a technology similar to time travel and those nanobots start working on creating infrastructure in such a way that structure is complete by the time when it's required... so after complicated calculations those nanobots were sent in the past at a particular timeframe at which if the construction starts the infrastructure would have completed at the desired time around 500,000 years ago...
