Putin will not go to Indonesia for G20 Summit; Sergei Lavrov to lead the Russian delegation

Russian President Vladimir Putin will skip the G20 leader summit which is scheduled to be held on November 15th and 16th in Bali, according to the Russian embassy. The Chief protocol at the embassy said that Putin's program is still being worked out and that he could participate virtually.
