National programme to prepare Singapore for future pandemics launched

Around S$100 million is going into a national programme that will prepare Singapore for future pandemics. It could mean quicker measures backed by science. Test kits and vaccines could also be developed much faster. The programme has been formally launched by the Health Ministry.
