The Vice President of Argentina Cristina Fernández de Kirchner survived an assassination attempt on Thursday. She was unharmed as the gun did not go off even as the man pushed through the crowd and raised the gun. The incident happened when she was greeting her supporters outside her house in the capital of Buenos Aires.
