Earl Schroeder | Air Force veteran and radar technician
1 year ago
279
Earl Schroeder found his sense of place within the United States Air Force. Trained as a radar technician he was stationed around the country as part of the Air Defense Command - a security bubble providing early warning of possible intruders, notably the feared Russians. Now an active member of the VFW and American Legion, Earl has taken on the responsibility of putting American flags on display in his town of Sisters, Oregon, a service he's performed for 15 years. He still maintains a heartfelt love for flag and country.
This is his story.
