F(R)AU(D)CI... DR DEATH or should it be, DR GENOCIDE?

This "DR" has been killing many for decades. I'm old enough to remember the AIDS epidmic. How on earth he was able to keep carrying on is beyond me (well, we all know how, but my question is WHY?).
